Salvatore Lo Piccolo, who magistrates believe is the Sicilian Mafia's new "boss of bosses" was arrested on Monday, police said. Lo Piccolo, who has been on the run for nearly 25 years, was arrested outside the Sicilian capital Palermo in a swoop that also netted his son, Sandro, and two other mafia bosses.
